Order Cancellation

Orders Already Processed

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and international logistics network, orders are often processed shortly after purchase.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched to our fulfillment partners, it can no longer be cancelled.

Orders in Transit

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers must wait until the package is delivered and then follow the applicable return and refund procedures outlined in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Grenbelle Store is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization from Grenbelle Store, any refund request will be subject to inspection and confirmation from the carrier and fulfillment provider. Shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
